Got mixed feelings about this guy, but I really like his palettes and you gotta love the shock factor/ the fact he had LA County bitchin' at the LA County Museum of Art with financial threats.

If I don't get at least one Cease and Desist in my lifetime, I took a wrong turn somewhere.
